1.Course Fees: 

  • No refund will be provided if a student cancels their enrolment after the course has started. The course will commence from the payment date or as advised in writing. 
  • Registration fees, material fees, and any other additional fees paid at the time of enrolment are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by LCC. 
  • Online Courses: All our online courses are strictly non-refundable, and no amount will be refunded under any circumstances. 
  • Software Purchases: No refunds are accepted for software purchases under any circumstances once you have paid and the software is upgraded. 
  • No refund will be provided for change of mind. 

2. Special Circumstances: 

In the event of serious illness, injury, or other extenuating circumstances that prevent a student from attending the course, a partial or full refund may be considered at the discretion of LCC administration. Documentation may be required. 

3. Course Cancellation by LCC

  •   If LCC cancels a course, students will receive a full refund of their course fees. LCC will notify students of the cancellation as soon as possible. 

4. Transfer of Enrolment: 

  •   The Course is Strictly non-transferable. 

5. Refund Process: 

  •  Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our administration office at contact@languagecoachingcollege.com. 
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. 

6. Other Terms and Conditions: 

  • Unlimited courses are valid for one year from the date of enrolment or until the time you achieve your desired scores, whichever is earlier. 
  • Limited-time courses start from the date of enrolment and end as per the course duration. 
  • Extensions of your course must be done before it expires; otherwise, a fresh enrolment will be required. 
  • Subject to the complaint of the student about the training, the branch managers reserve the right to evaluate if the refund is applicable or not. 
  • If a student enrolls at a promotional or discounted price, they are ineligible for any refund under any circumstances. 
  • If a student has enrolled in any combo course (e.g., IELTS / PTE & NAATI CCL course) and has started either of the courses, there will be no refund for either of the courses in part or full. 
  • Any approved refund amount (if any) will attract an admin fee of $250 irrespective of the nature of the complaint or request for a refund.
